Shipping and Return Policy

All the products that appear in our online store are available and the shipment is made from www.poupoulohome.gr. We are committed to your fastest service and we guarantee immediate delivery within 1 to 3 working days.

If the product you are interested in is not immediately available, you can contact us by phone at 2310581593 or via email at info@poupoulohome.gr, so that we can inform you when the product will be available again.

In case you do not receive the product within six (6) working days from the order, please contact our store at 2310581593.

All orders are sent by ELTA Courier.

The cost of shipments is estimated at 3 euros for all of Greece.

For orders over € 30 shipping is free.

In case of cash on delivery there is an extra charge of 2.5 €.

Product Returns are accepted within 15 days from the day of delivery.

• Returns of Defective Productsare accepted after consultation with the store with free return and immediate replacement. In case the product is not available, after consultation with our store, we will send you any product of your choice, in case you are not satisfied with this, then a refund will be made.
• Returns of non-defective products are accepted and the cost of shipping is 6€, in case there is a difference of money the cash on delivery is charged 2.5€

Any changes you can make in our physical stores. Proof of purchase is required in all changes.
